Software Engineering
Backend, frontend, full-stack, DevOps, QA. Building and running QBaticEPM3. ASP.NET MVC, Razor, SQL Server, raw SQL via stored procedures. Strong opinions about clean data flow and version control.
We hire across software, product, project management, customer implementation, engineering domain expertise, technical drawing, sales and operations. Some of those are roles we're actively hiring for right now. Others are ones we'd open if the right person walked through the door. Either way, your application is reviewed by a real person, and you'll hear back.
Software, product, project management, customer implementation, engineering, technical drawing, sales, operations.
Every application gets an acknowledgement within two working days. Substantive feedback follows after the initial review.
Office in Windhoek with hybrid arrangements. Remote considered for senior roles where the work allows it.
Past the founding phase, into commercial growth. Real customers, real product, real revenue. Not a research project.
These aren't job postings. They're the disciplines we operate in. If your background fits one of them, the open application below is the right way in. Pick the area that's closest to you in the form, even if you're slightly between two.

Product management, UX research, UI design, design systems. Translating heavy-industry workflow into something a project engineer or quantity surveyor can actually use without a manual.
Internal product delivery, sprint coordination, programme management across feature streams. The person keeping the develoEPMnt team aligned on what ships next and why.
Onboarding consultants, configuration leads, integration delivery. The team that takes a signed customer and gets the platform live on their data, including data migration and sector configuration.
Civil, electrical, mechanical engineers who can speak the customer's language. People who understand BOQs, cost build-up, transmission line design, water reticulation, or capital projects from the inside.
Drafting, BIM, CAD operators. Familiarity with PLS-CADD, AutoCAD, Revit or similar. Comfortable working between the engineering specialists and the software team to make sure the platform handles what gets drawn.
Enterprise sales, pre-sales engineering, regional partnerships. Selling complex software into capital-projects industries. Comfortable with a 6-12 month sales cycle and a technical buyer who asks hard questions.
Internal operations, marketing, finance, HR. The roles that keep the company running properly so the rest of the team can focus on customers and product.
We're a software company building serious tooling for serious industries. The customers we sell to run multi-million-dollar capital projects, and they'll happily walk if the product doesn't earn its keep. That sets the bar for the people we work with: clear thinking, willingness to dig into the actual problem, and a low tolerance for hand-waving.
What we don't do is performance for its own sake. We won't ask you to write a manifesto, sit a four-hour take-home test, or do five rounds of interviews about culture fit. We will ask you to walk us through something you actually built, and we will listen carefully to how you describe trade-offs.
We're a smaller team than the ones you might be coming from, which means the work has more leverage and the decisions are closer to the people making them. The trade is that you'll be expected to take responsibility for outcomes, not just deliverables.
All of the fields marked with an asterisk are required. The cover note is optional but reading what you'd want to bring to QBatic, in your own words, makes a real difference.
Within two working days you'll get a confirmation that your application is in. If you don't, something has gone wrong on our side and you should email us.
A real person from the relevant work area reads your CV and cover note. Most applications get a response within two weeks.
If there's a fit, we set up a short call. If there isn't a current opening but we'd want to keep talking, we'll say that openly.
A working session with the team you'd join, then a clear yes or no within a week. No drawn-out silence, no five-stage processes.
